Jesus gave us power over all the power of the enemy. The word translated as "power" here is from the Greek ‘exousia’, which means "authority" or "delegated power" over all the abilities of the enemy. It doesn't matter how or through what means the devil tries to work; we have authority in the Name of Jesus over all of his power, and there's nothing he can do about it.

The Greatness of God’s Power in Us
God wants us to know the exceeding greatness of His power towards us who believe (Ephesians 1:19). This power that is directed towards us is the same power God demonstrated when He raised Christ from the dead and set Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms. When God directed His power towards Jesus to raise Him up from the dead, we were in Him; so, we were raised up together with Christ on that great resurrection morning. The Name of Jesus has power over every disease that the enemy may try to put on you. No matter what the disease is called, the Name of Jesus is greater and more powerful! God raised Jesus' Name far above every name. The Bible says, "Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth" (Philippians 2:9-10).

Cancer is a name. Malaria is a name. HIV is a name. Arthritis is a name. Whatever has a name is subject to the Name of Jesus and as such, is subject to our authority as we use His Name. Thank God for that! If any sickness or disease is troubling your body today, I want you to know that you have sufficient power to deal with it in the Name of Jesus.

Speak to Your Body and Circumstances
There is power in the Name of Jesus. His Name gives us absolute mastery over the devil and all sickness and infirmity. What God's people need is to understand the power behind the Name and how to apply it. You can begin today to make demands in the Name of Jesus.

Talk to your body and tell it how you want it to function; it will comply! Remember that Jesus spoke to a tree, to the winds and the waves, and even to corpses, proving that everything has intelligence. Your body and the circumstances around you have intelligence, so speak to them today in the Name of Jesus! The truth is, many sicknesses that people suffer from are caused by demons. If you've been suffering from a condition that has defied medical science, refuse to let it linger. You can and ought to cast that devil out in the Name of Jesus. Remember, "...these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover" (Mark 16:17-18).
